Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to Ski Confeence Australia.

• Before 1st July 2011 will incur a 50% refund of fees paid.
• After 1st July 2011, there will be no refund.

Delegates and any parties attending with them understand and agree that all conference activities, food and beverage, and services will be provided by third parties. Ski Conference Australia and any parties or businesses associated with them takes no responsibility or liability for any injury, accident, illness or any other debilitating occurrence that may happen. Delegates and anyone attending with them agrees to take full responsibility for their health, safety and wellbeing for the duration of the conference. Ski Conference Australia will not be liable for any costs including but not limited to, travel, accomodation and loss of earnings.

Every effort has been made to ensure the conference complies to Australian Taxation Office approved models, however delegates should make their own enquiries to their financial advisor and ATO for final confirmation.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include conference insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended at the time of conference registration, that you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the conference, or through cancellation of the conference, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Australia, failure to utilise pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses ( including sickness and accident cover), loss and/or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriations should travel arrangements have to be altered. Ski Conference Australia cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
